Official Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD pic revealed
By Gosha • May 31st, 2007 • Category: Playstation 3, Video Games, Xbox 360Resident Blogger, Brian Dunn, has recently posted on the Capcom Official Message boards the first official pic from the upcoming 1080p Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix for Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network. Each and every sprite in this game is being redrawn by Udon Comics. This includes every background, portraits and in-game animations.
The picture posted in an example of Ken’s sprite, what it would look like if you were to pause the game and remove the background. There is no word when this title will launch, but so far it’s looking very pretty!

I know that it is just Street FIghter II, but I want to check this out when it comes out.
The most high res 2D fighter ever is noteworthy even if it’s just a game that’s been improved upon several times over. I’m actually quite eager to see it, though I doubt I’ll end up playing it much. If anything, it could bridge the way for other 2D fighters with the same graphic quality.
